Delmarva Power: David discussed preventable fleet incident at Millsboro.

NRG: David discussed possible sale of Indian River Plant, meeting to be held week of January 25th. Should know if sale to take place by end of January.

NEW BUSINESS:
Delmarva Power: David discussed Stewards Handbook and AMI, should begin June of 2009 for Pepco and 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2009 for Delmarva. Temp meter readers were discussed at the Staffing Meeting held on January 4, 2008. Wayne Whaley's T&S job was approved and will be posted, District Utilityman, Millsboro will not be filled at the present time. T&S for Centreville waiting to fill. More to follow the week of January 22nd. Discussed overtime equalization and averaging in at the end of the year.

A&N - Jane discussed the addition of 22,000 new customers. A&N have added some new employees. Transition causing employees to be very busy.
