SAFETY/DELMARVA                                                            Curt Hudson and Chuck Harris will meet with safety committee on 7/15/08 .

SAFETY/NRG                                                                           Lindley reported that they are still waiting on new Safety Supervisor.  Will be discussing safety issues with Jack Grant on July 11, 2008 .

SAFETY/CHOPTANK                                                             Billy reported on the status of the bucket truck known to date.

GRIEVANCES: Delmarva – Dawn Furlough on Glen Ankenbrand – settled, LU1307 on Sonya Johnston and Norma Blevins – waiting for answer, LU1307 on Aubrey Burris – going to next step, LU1307 on Mike Drabczyk – violation of 2-3 and 8-12A, LU1307 on Glenn Ankenbrand – violation of 1989 summary of negotiations, LU1307 on Bob Kane and Bill Sigafoose articles 7-7 and 8-12A, LU1307 on Rick Conlin, Ed Bennett and Theresa Trader articles 8-11 and 8-12A and LU1307 on Theresa Trader violation of 2-3 and PHI policy.  

NRG – 4 of the Maintenance & Control Shop have been settled and are waiting on letters from Dave Burton.  Billy Swift will report on remaining six.

ACCIDENTS, SICKNESS & DEATH:

Delmarva – Robert Bailey, Vaughn Horner, Patricia Foxwell and Barje Waller are out sick.  Held moment of silence for Hilda Taylor, retired member that passed away.

NEW BUSINESS:

Doug Sellers reported on his accident, he is recovering well.  

David will be meeting with A & N members on 7/21/2008 at Parksley Fire House all are welcome.  

On 7/29/2008 the Business Managers of the 4 Locals will meet at our Union hall.  

On 7/31/2008 there will be a Company/Union Shop Stewards meeting at Delmarva Power in Salisbury .
