            The meeting was called to order at 7:30PM in due form.  President David Adkins in the forum.

EXECUTIVE BOARD report read by Debbie Fidderman

PROPOSITION FOR MEMBERSHIP: Robert K. Hall, Sr., Warehouse Helper, Choptank, 4-Temp Meter Readers – Millsboro, Timothy Moran, Tyrone Gibbs, Eric Rickards and David Blosveren.  Motion made to accept new members. Motion carried.

Delegates and Committees:

MD/DE LABOR COUNCIL – Clarence gave report.

HEALTHCARE/DELMARVA – David gave report.

HEALTHCARE/CHOPTANK – To meet on May 19, 2008.

SAFETY/DELMARVA – Curt reported on grounding truck, cover ups, not riding on tailgates of trucks and jumping trucks.  New Safety handbook may take a year.  David reported on accident involving Trouble/Serviceman.

SAFETY/NRG – Lindley discussed near miss with contractor.

SAFETY/CHOPTANK – No Report

GRIEVANCES: - Delmarva – Curt Hudson grievance waiting for an answer.  2 settled – on Shirley Banks, Mgmt doing BU work.  Dawn Furlough on Glen Ankenbrand – upgrade – awaiting an answer, extension requested and approved.  Local 1307 on Sonya Johnston & Norma Blevins, Articles 2-2 & 2-3 Collecting money in field and Local 1307 on Aubrey Burris, Articles 2-2 & 8-12A Discipline Policy.

NRG – Craig Kormanik on George Willey – awaiting settlement.

Choptank – Ben Cahall – Pending

David discussed NRG negotiations.

Larry Fisher questioned LU 1307 Tags.

NEW BUSINESS:

Delmarva – Ken Munson question OT percentages & continuation, needs clarification in writing, David will check into.

Charlie Purnell wanted to know the possibility of this getting changed.  Discussed incidents that have happened to him.  Charlie will write up alternative suggestions and give to David.

Scott Hovatter discussed buck squeeze climbing equipment, difficult to use.  Curt stated policy on using or not using the buck squeeze equipment.  Copy of the policy and a DVD can be obtained from your Foreman.

NEW BUSINESS:

Delmarva – 3 more temp meter readers started in Millsboro.  Donald Stevens was awarded the Stock keeper job in Millsboro.

Vaughn Horner questioned number of lineman and why it was dropped from 60 to 55.  David explained lost of customers and area accounted for drop.

Dickie discussed raising off hours pay for Union work from $6.00 to $8.00.  Dickie motioned, Cecil Marshall seconded, motion carried.
